The IAG centre is located at Lot 6 Show Place, Christchurch and was developed by Henshaw Developments.
The project consisted of two three storey buildings connected via a suspended walkway.
The complex received an RMB Commercial Project Award, Allied Concrete Retail and Business Project for 2007.
Cosgroves provided electrical, hydraulic and fire engineering consultancy for both the Base Building and the Fitout contracts.
