QRC House is situated on HoTops Rise, overlooking central Queenstown. The five level building provided some unique challenges due to the triangular nature of the site.
The anchor tenant (Queenstown Resort College) occupies levels 1 - 4, level 5 consistes of commercial offices.
Cosgroves provided Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical and Fire engineering consultancy for this project.
