A new community, health and crèche complex complete with dining/kitchen facilities and a prayer room.
Cosgroves provided the full compliment of building services for this project.
The Building features a long main corridor which is glazed at high level, this corridor has a large overhanging roof section for shading which minimises the external solar gain.
Natural ventilation has been incorporated into the design with high level motorised windows to control the air flow through the corridor. The use of feature lighting highlights the various elements of the building structure.
