The Est@blishment is a10-storey Apartment complex in the centre of Christchurch. It is designed to provide at least a full floor for each Apartment, with two Penthouses at higher levels taking two and three floors respectively.
Cosgroves has provided the full compliment of building services for this project. Innovative design elements included fire design for a single stair, building controls and optimisation of basement car ventilation design.
